Hello! I've got my new companion and he's awesome.
We went to the mission home and it's in this beautiful
province place full of green and mountains in taytay.
Nice to see some green again, it's been a while. The
batch that came in was 10 missionaries, 3 sisters and
only 1 elder american. (I got to see Elder Ivins) I was
happy to see only 1 american coming in but I was still
worried cuz, all the trainers were americans and I was
one of the oldest ones but, I got a filipino, and I'm super
happy for that. This will be some nice steps for my Tagalog,
no roomates so just straight talalog. it feels good. That
one new american is getting white washed trained in my
district in the zl area (they are getting added to the zl's, they
have hopes of eventually splitting the stake) with another
american who's still realtivly new in the mission. Which area
is very big but, few investigators and currently low support
of members so they got some nice trials ahead of them.
The district is kinda big now with 5 companionship.
This transfer I can tell is gonna be full of stress. I do hope
I stay here for 4 transfers even if I have to deal with that
stress. I love the members, my companion and I'm excited
for new progressing people. It's just hard. but, I've already
committed myself to not slow down. keep being an example
for my new companion, for the future of this new mission.
Having success for the ward, while finding someone new
with my new companion and having them get baptized.
That first step felt great and helped my, when I was there
when I was there when we found the person then, I saw
them get baptized. That's when you rlly feel that you've
helped someone. But, our area is small so it's just having
that ump that even tho I've walked that street a thousand
times before, still believing that we can find some new there.
I just think of when I was in america of when we literally
knocked on every door.
anywayyss I'm gonna get going
love
Elder Soulier
